Theodore Kojo Esar Andy-Fidel
Theodore provides strategic oversight to the Society, helping to keep its work accountable to members and focused on sustainable growth. He supports sound governance, responsible decision-making and collaboration across the leadership team.
Vice Chairperson
Doreen Asamanyua
Doreen’s portfolio focuses on supporting the Chairperson, strengthening member representation and encouraging collaboration across the Society’s leadership. The Vice Chairperson role helps keep governance centred on members’ interests and shared priorities.
Director, Foreign Trade
Gilbert Kojo Asem
Gilbert leads the Society’s foreign trade portfolio, with a focus on building credible market relationships and creating pathways for members’ produce beyond local markets. His work connects commercial opportunity with the Society’s commitment to fair value for farmers.
Development Officer
Kwadwo Appiah
Kwadwo’s development portfolio focuses on opportunities that support the Society’s growth and its members’ livelihoods. The Development Officer role brings attention to practical initiatives, partnerships and member development aligned with Oboafo’s farming and marketing goals.
Technical Instructor, Equipment
Ebenezer Eklu
The equipment instruction portfolio focuses on practical knowledge for the safe use and care of farming equipment, supporting the Society’s production goals.
Software Engineer and Systems Analyst
Samuel Andy-Fidel
Samuel supports Oboafo’s digital development by designing practical systems that make information easier to manage and decisions easier to support. He brings software engineering and systems analysis together to strengthen the Society’s operations and future readiness.
